As Nolinor’s Director of Safety Quality Management Systems since 2016, Mr. Richer brings over 25 years of aviation expertise, evolving from an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to a leadership role. His comprehensive background spans helicopter operations, cargo logistics, and commercial airlines, providing a unique perspective for enhancing safety and quality management systems.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management complements his practical experience, augmented by advanced training from institutions like ICAO and IATA.

Renowned for his proficiency in Safety Management Systems, he pioneers AI integration, elevating industry standards. Mr. Richer’s commitment extends to active engagement in conferences, ensuring continual industry leadership. Through visionary leadership and pioneering initiatives, he shapes the future of aviation safety and quality, setting a benchmark for the industry.

Mathieu Morin merges traditional aviation management principles with cutting-edge technology as the Strategic Development Manager at Cirrus Intelligence. With a background in Management and Finance from HEC Montréal, his career trajectory reflects a strategic blend of aviation dynamics and financial expertise. Since 2017, Mathieu’s roles in ground and airport operations at Nolinor honed his ability to enhance efficiency and integrate technology seamlessly. Pioneering the incorporation of artificial intelligence, he revolutionizes metadata analysis, crew scheduling, and airport service management, driving efficiency and cost reduction. Beyond strategy implementation, Mathieu focuses on client growth, collaborating with operations directors and control teams to tailor solutions for operational excellence and profitability. His commitment to innovation and client success epitomizes Cirrus Intelligence’s ethos of excellence and strategic development.

Benoit Beauchamp brings an impressive 43-year tenure in the aviation industry to the table, marked by his steadfast dedication and extensive expertise. With 14 years of distinguished service as an aviation technician in the Canadian Forces, he has held pivotal roles as a coordinator and trainer for the transportation of hazardous materials. His specialized knowledge in health and safety training is a cornerstone of his contributions, enabling him to deliver comprehensive guidance on both Canadian and American civil aviation regulations. Mr. Beauchamp’s commitment ensures strict adherence to industry standards, further bolstering operational efficiency and safety within the aviation sector.

Martine Lessard began her aviation career in 2006, holding pivotal roles within Nolinor Aviation’s Operations division until 2013. She specialized in conducting fit-to-fly assessments and ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations.

Since 2013, Martine has focused on organizing and managing training portfolios for an esteemed airline. She orchestrates training schedules and simulator sessions, ensuring alignment with operational needs. Martine also oversees the implementation and monitoring of training initiatives using the NabuPro system.

Darragh Hyland is the Flight Operations Quality Assurance Manager at Nolinor Aviation, bringing extensive experience and a steadfast commitment to aviation safety and quality. With a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Dublin City University, he began his career at the Irish Aviation Authority, specializing in air traffic management and safety regulation.

Transitioning to Porter Airlines as a Safety Specialist, he excelled in audit planning, risk management, and enhancing operational safety standards. Joining Nolinor Aviation in 2020, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the Safety & Quality Program and now oversees Flight Data Monitoring and Quality Assurance.

Committed to continuous improvement, he’s completed specialized courses like HFACS and IATA Aviation Internal Auditor Training. Recently, he obtained their Canadian Commercial Pilot’s License, reinforcing his dedication to operational excellence and safety culture at Nolinor Aviation.
